Looking for a dog.

Sparky may not be the best dog.

But he probably is.

You don’t have to agree.  Your dog may be a passive-aggressive ball of fur with an inbred sense of entitlement, but he’s your dog and you love him.  I understand.  Plenty of people around here still love the Browns.  It doesn’t make sense, but there we are.

Sparky is certainly the best dog for me.  He’s getting on in years.  If Sparky is going to train the new guy, I’ve got to get a pup next year.  It can’t be put off for very long.

After the holidays, I will start visiting animal shelters.  For now, I’m just looking online to get acquainted with the system.  Those are the available dogs that look good.

The dog on the left is from Sparky’s old orphanage.  The third dog, the one that seems to have Sparky’s sense of humor, doesn’t have a good reputation.

Keep us updated on your search. I’d like to get a couple Spanish Water dogs. They’re a rough, tough outdoor dog that can withstand the elements. They are also the the top nons-shedding dog next to poodles. Good watch dog, but not dangerous dog. They’re rare here in America and expensive.

An expensive dog seems uppity and high maintenance. Get a dog that matches your clothes, then shedding isn’t a problem.

How about a pet miniature pig? That would be interesting and funny. Theyre so cute. Pigs are smart also.
