PBS: Trump announces all 50 states joining Medicaid drug pricing model
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump announced Friday that all 50 states will join in on a program set to provide Most Favored Nation pricing to some drugs within the Medicaid program, bringing the net price of selected drugs down to prices paid in certain other countries.
Sparky has nothing to do with this. He’s just the cutest person I know, so I put him in the bathtub.

Young Master Sparkles is staying in bed until the fire is roaring and the house is up to 75o. That’s smart because the snow is over his shoulders and I haven’t budged on the pooping-in-the-house issue.
If Sparky is in the mood to romp and frolic, he likes fresh snow. Crusty snow and ice bother his paws.

Social Security is not a retirement plan, so it doesn’t have to make financial sense. It’s a program to make sure everyone gets some money.
My phone appointment with an SSA rep just concluded. He explained why they aren’t sending me as much money as I’d like.

It’s endearing when elder-folk say things people aren’t supposed to say. They can be refreshingly candid because they are channeling their younger self or they don’t give a shit anymore.
