National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) predicts a below average hurricane season.

NOAA anticipates 7-13 named storms and 2-6 hurricanes, which includes 0-2 major hurricanes.

That’s good, but how well does NOAA predict hurricane seasons?  AI is good at answering those kinds of questions.  (If it’s not lying or making this up.)
