This ‘Charlie-Foxtrot’ has been allowed to exist in Madison for a couple of weeks.  Police aren’t allowed in and the fire department has to waste time going around it.  This chaos is a pain in the ass for everyone who lives or works in the area.

The mayor has finally decided to tear it down.

A better response is to never let it get established, and to make it clear to the insurrectionists and garbage people that seizing territory is not a legitimate way to protest.
