We are watching the trailer for the Brad Pitt movie, Heart of the Beast.  Sparky thinks we should go see it because he is a hero, like the dog in the movie.

How are you a hero?

“The other day, you thanked me for my service.  Regular dogs don’t get that.  And I haven’t pooped in the house for  long time.”

Sparky makes a good point, but I can’t imagine taking him to a movie.  When he wasn’t lapping up popcorn out of the bucket, he’d be leering at me with his goofy smile as he drooled into the popcorn.

“We could go on Halloween.  I could wear my Winter sniper uniform or my Inspector Gadget coat.  You could dress up like a bad guy or something.”

I still don’t think they’d let me take a dog into a movie theater.  Then I thought of the Aut-o-rama drive-in.

Watching a Brad Pitt movie, about a combat dog, on a survival trek while on a car ride.  All of our favorite things at one time.  I don’t even care if Sparky drools in the popcorn bucket, I’ll get my own.

Heart of the Beast is playing at the Aut-o-rama, along with Primetime.  That second movie has Robert Pattinson.  He’s pretty good, but the movie looks boring.
