NBC News:  House passes bill to codify Trump order to rinse away showerhead regulations

The US is not even one of the top 20 happiest countries in the world.  Trump, Biden, ICE and Woke Hollywood pisses off some people, but they like being vexed.   It’s the little things that people use every day, but that just don’t work very well.  Dishwashers and washing machines that do a poor job, toilets that don’t ‘move the mail’, and low-flow showers irritate people every day, and wear them down.

Good for Trump and the Democrats in Congress who loosened up the regulations on showerheads.  That just passed into law, so that change is sticking.

Nationwide water conservation regulations never made any sense.  In Ohio, we are next to 20% of the freshwater in the world.  Low-flow toilets or showerheads cause people to flush twice or take longer showers.  Using a little more water is not a problem for the water treatment plant.  It gets treated, goes into the lake, and we use it again.

Hopefully Congress can legislate more deregulation so we aren’t living like Spartans.
