This guy is in trouble.  California Vehicle Code 27803 requires DOT-approved helmets for motorcycle riders.   He could be facing a $250 fine and a year of probation.

Corporate media won’t cover how this tactic works, but it would be interesting to know.

Except for attempting homicide with a motor vehicle, the rider seems coherent and rational.  He intentionally drove into the police line, deftly recovered when the bike went down and quickly surrendered to the police. 

This was not a case where someone put a gutter bum on a stolen motorcycle, and pointed him toward the cops.

The attacker could be counting on the corrupt Los Angeles judicial system to drop charges and release him back into the insurgency.  It may not work that way this time.

If the attacker is an illegal alien, the federal DOJ will get hold of him, and pack him off to that El Salvador prison. 

If the attacker is a citizen, the federal DOJ will bury him in felonies as leverage to establish who is funding these attacks on American citizens.  It would not be a surprise to find that NGO’s, funded by the state of California, are organizing these riots using a plentiful supply of useful idiots.
