The Coming Insurrection

I get it.  I just want to play with Sparky, listen to audio books, and work on my little projects.  I don’t want to think about a credible plan to destabilize America.  It’s probably going to work, at least to some extent.

It’s hard to ignore that the world is messed up, and has been for decades.  Chaos is speeding up, and something is going to happen.

There’s a lot of data, including videos, recordings, transcripts of Signal chats, etc., but the gist is this: If the Democrats take the House and Senate (and maybe if they don’t), various leftist groups will stage violent protests, intended to press Trump into invoking the Insurrection Act and sending in troops. Once he does, Democratic governors in blue states will denounce his acts as illegal (whether they are or not) and mount resistance on various levels. The goal is to destabilize things enough that they can seize power and replace the Constitution.

The evidence in the form of videos, recordings and Signal chats are all available on Twitter/X.  These are not anonymous sources or misinformation for a foreign government.

This sounds like a crazy conspiracy theory, right?

What part doesn’t sound plausible?  We’ve seen local government allow protests to take over parts of a city, and for mobs to run wild.  We’ve seen Democrat Congressmen call for abolishing immigration enforcement and for investigating prominent Trump supporters like Elon Musk, to coerce them in to submission.

The article makes some suggestions to avoid the trap.

  1. Have the DOJ or FBI verify and investigate the evidence.
  2. Pursue prosecutions or civil remedies only where the evidence supports them.
  3. Once materials are authenticated, release verified primary evidence (or summaries with sourcing) so the public, Congress, and media can evaluate it directly.
  4. Operational and institutional measures ensure election security, monitor large protests for criminal activity and go after the money financing the chaos.
  5. Be strategically cautious.  Overreaction or shaky prosecutions are bad news.

Maybe just bringing this out in the open, is enough to make it less likely to be an issue.
