CBS:  Walz, Minnesota officials question U.S. Attorney’s Office claim that fraud could reach $9 billion

Hardy Scandinavian immigrants were the right people to survive the harsh winters of Minnesota.  They built a high-trust society that was safe, productive and thriving.

It’s hard to imagine what guilt or shame compelled people in the Minnesota government to settle refugees from the most incompatible countries in the world.  A White savior complex or desire to virtue signal is toxic.

Somalia is an equatorial country on the East African coast.  The people are tribal, Sunni Muslims who speak Sunni or Arabic.  In the 19th Century, there were Italian and British colonies.  There was no common ground with the Scandinavian Lutherans living in a state bordering Canada.

There was no chance the Somali community would assimilate and thrive.

The average Somali IQ is 68.  They aren’t intelligent, but they realized that the Minnesota government would go to extraordinary lengths to accommodate the poor folks they invited in.  Trying and failing to elevate the Somali refugees would be a bigger sin than not trying at all.

The average Minnesotan IQ is about 98.  Not geniuses, but not dummies.  Government officials are smart enough to realize that challenging any grant or program serving the Somali refugees invites aggressive charges of racism.

It was inevitable that fraud would thrive.

Federal prosecutors said the total fraud in Minnesota’s Medicaid programs could be as much as $9 billion, but DFL Gov. Tim Walz and other state officials disputed the amount of taxpayer money stolen is that high.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, and other state officials, encouraged a culture where this fraud could not be investigated.  People committing this fraud understood that as long as they supported the party in power, the sham could continue.

The people who settled Minnesota were descended from Vikings.  The Vikings raided and invaded with violence and trickery.  They would raid a settlement on the coast of the British Isles.  They might accept a tribute with an agreement to leave.  They’d leave, then return after the settlement had relaxed it’s defenses.

The only Vikings left in Minnesota are with the NFL.  The Somali community leaders know that some may get prosecuted for Medicaid fraud, but there will be no change in the need to assimilate.  Minnesota has been colonized by Somalia.

The US government has ended the intentional importation of the least capable immigrants and refugees in the world.  Minnesota will not recognize the Somali community as a low-functioning group that must be incentivized to productively assimilate or return to Somalia.  A model US state was permanently damaged.

A few decades ago, NPR had a light entertainment program called A Prairie Home Companion by Garrison Keillor. A recurring segment of his show was News from Lake Wobegon.  It was a fictionalized account of a small town in Minnesota.  At the end of each segment, Lake Wobegon was characterized as a place where “all the women are strong, all the men are good-looking, and the children are all above average”.

Importing a vast amount of Somali refugees was an attempt to destroy that Minnesota.  A small Minnesota town swamped with Somali refugees would be characterized as a place where, “all the women are belligerent, all the men look like shambling crack addicts and the children are all in self-contained special ed classrooms.”

There is no reason to assume this happened only in Minnesota.  The Somali community did not initiate this fraud.  American NGO’s and religious refugee settlement programs did this to America.

In Ohio, Governor DeWine is proud of the Haitian colonization of Springfield, but Somalis are also settled here.  A whistleblower has made specific allegations of similar fraud in Ohio.

She said that providers within the Ohio Somali community have confided to her that they have been pressured to join in a “massive” Medicaid fraud scheme that involves doctors “rubber stamping” home healthcare payouts to the family members of elderly individuals for fake medical conditions.

Governor DeWine has not commented on this accusation and there is no indication that a thorough investigation is planned.  DeWine is an establishment Republican.  If both parties are comfortable selling America for their political advantage, then some version of immigration and refugee fraud is happening in every state.

President Trump is doing what he can to save America, but he can’t do it alone.
