The NYT has a feature called Trump Administration Live Updates.  It’s the kind of feature they’d have for a developing situation or big event.  Trump’s guys are working so fast, it makes sense.

Another order, freezing all foreign aid for at least 90 days, abruptly froze dozens of clinical trials around the globe, leaving people being treated with experimental drugs and medical products cut off from the researchers who were monitoring them.

The NYT intends the reader to be view the order as impetuous and reckless.  I read that and think that USAID was financing medical experiments on poor and distant foreigners.  Not cool.
